Over the next eight years, total employment is projected to increase by 10 percent. The labor force filling these jobs is projected to grow more slowly than in the past. This slowdown in the growth of the labor force is expected, in part, because of the aging and retiring of baby boomers. As a result, the need to replace workers who retire or leave the labor force for other reasons–called replacement needs–is projected to create a significant number of additional job openings.

I’ve graduated some years ago with one of the most ancient profession in the world, to become an interpreter was a dream of lifetime: traveling around the world, meeting new people and learning new cultures and nations… but after getting my diploma and sending tons of resumes to get an interview for the desired position I was pretty much surprised that just a knowledge of foreign languages doesn’t make me a high qualify specialist that employers are looking for.There were know time to throw another 3-4 years for day time school and I listened for my friend’s advice and applied to get my second education online.
